1. What is In Every Season Co
We’re a small, faith-rooted online shop creating cozy apparel, stationery, and home goods. Each design is thoughtfully made to bring encouragement and purpose to your everyday life—reminding you to find joy and gratitude in every season.

2. Where are you located?
We’re based in Pennsylvania, and we ship anywhere in the U.S.

3. Do you have a physical store?
We’re currently online only! You can shop our seasonal collections here.

 

👕 Product & Sizing

4. How do your t-shirts and sweatshirts fit?
Most items are unisex and have a relaxed fit. We highly recommend checking the size chart on each product page for the most accurate measurements. And be sure to size up if you want a more oversized fit!

5. What materials do you use?
The materials vary based on the item: our apparel is soft, cozy, and made with premium cotton blends; designs for mugs and stationery are printed on durable, long-lasting materials.

6. How should I wash my apparel?
We recommend washing inside out, on cold, and tumble drying low. Hang to dry if you're worried about any shrinking. Avoid ironing directly on the design.

 

📦 Orders & Shipping

7. How long will my order take to arrive?
Orders typically ship within 3-5 business days. Once shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email.

8. Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we only ship within the U.S.

9. Can I track my order?
Yes! You’ll receive an email with tracking information once your order ships.

 

🔄 Returns & Exchanges

10. Do you accept returns or exchanges?
Since we are a small business with very limited inventory, we are unable to allow orders to be cancelled, returned, or exchanged. Always make sure to double-check the size chart with each item before purchasing. If you have any questions, reach out to us at ineveryseason4@gmail.com. 11. My item arrived damaged—what should I do?
If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or incorrect, please email us at ineveryseason4@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos of the issue, and we’ll make sure everything is taken care of ASAP!

 

🕯️ Custom & Seasonal Drops

12. Do you take custom orders?
As a small-batch online shop, we currently do not take custom orders. However, we're open to collaborate with fellow designers on future collections and seasonal drops. Reach out to us here if you have questions or ideas!

13. Will sold-out items be restocked?
Many of our products are limited seasonal drops—once they’re gone, they may not return! Join our email list (at the bottom of this page) to be the first to know when new collections launch.
